Listing your availability
Click the ‘List your availability’ button and follow the steps to create an account and list your profile. Please note, to ensure the availability dates are current, listings will automatically expire (revert to draft) 30 days after the Available From date. If a crew member is available and approaching the 30 day limit, they will need to edit their listing to move the Available date to the current date to keep the listing live.
Users can create multiple listings under one account, if they wish to advertise their availability within multiple departments.
To make changes to your account details and upload profile photos, please go to Username > Settings.
Searching for crew
Select the relevant department above. The crew listing can be filtered and sorted by availability date to show all currently available and soon to be available crew. Crew members can be contacted via the ‘Reply to Listing’ button, or directly if contact details are provided. Add crew to your favourites to create a shortlist.
